MINIMUM NUMBERS
All tours have a minimum guest number for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum as we will coordinate to achieve the required minimum. If no confirmation email has been received, guests are required to reconfirm their reservation the day prior via call / SMS 0430082890.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Should Watersports Guru cancel your tour due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or minimum numbers that prevents a tour/activity at the booked location, the booking can be rescheduled to a different date and time. If you are unable to reschedule the tour/activity, a full refund will be issued (not including booking processing fee as this is through a third party payment platform).

All activities are subject to weather conditions and Watersports Guru have the right to cancel activities if safety is in question.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or no show on the day, the full amount of the tour/activity applies. Failure to check-in on time will be treated as a no-show and will incur full payment.
SUMMARY:
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur 100% cancellation charges
- All activities are subject to weather conditions and Watersports Guru have the right to cancel activities if safety is in question
- Tours are subject to bookings and minimum numbers
- Payment is required within 7 days of booking, or prior to voucher being used if bookings made within 7 days.
